There are some on the website itself.  Hover your mouse around the pages to have the code pop-up.

Posters in PlayStation Home in the core spaces (Central Plaza, The Mall, Bowling Alley, and The Theater).

And at several retail locations like BestBuy.

After you sign up, create your profile and/or join a squad and/or create your own squad to help you collect codes.  Codes have differnt point values.
